Production Steps
Here is a process for making EVA foam mats with a surface film coating:

3.Material mixed by two mixing machines, then move to the cooling machine
4.Workers collected the cooled sheets, and weighting the sheets for press machine
5.Material cooked in press machine under 170 degrees and high pressure
6.EVA foam expanded when press open
7.EVA foam split to different thickness
(Thick sheets skived into thinner sheets)
8.Foam punching cut
9.Foam die cut
10.Foam printing--- heat transfer printing
11.Finished products at warehouse
